Posted
The Supreme Court has requested the Centre's response to a petition filed by a man whose mother, declared a Bangladeshi foreigner, was allegedly forcibly pushed into Bangladesh. Despite her appeal against the Foreigner Tribunal's order pending in the SC since 2017, Dhubri police reportedly detained and pushed her across the border.
