'Bridging the gap': Shashi Tharoor welcomes US' move on TRF; slams Pakistan's safe haven policy

Shashi Tharoor, a senior Congress leader, lauded the US decision to designate The Resistance Front (TRF), a proxy of Lashkar-e-Tayyiba, as a Foreign Terrorist Organization.
