'Bridging the gap': Shashi Tharoor welcomes US' move on TRF; slams Pakistan's safe haven policy

Shashi Tharoor, a senior Congress leader, lauded the US decision to designate The Resistance Front (TRF), a proxy of Lashkar-e-Tayyiba, as a Foreign Terrorist Organization. Tharoor stated this move would increase pressure on Pakistan to control its activities, especially after the Pahalgam attack. Following the attack, India initiated counterterror operations and selected Tharoor to lead a delegation to the US.
