During the arguments in the Supreme Court on Article 370, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said : "Since 5th August 2019, there have been zero cases of Stone Pelting & Bandh in Kashmir.

Kapil Sibal responded immediately : "That is because 5000 people have been put under arrest."

Tushar Mehta responded: "My learned brother agrees & has just confirmed that the correct people have been arrested."
