A brief history of insurgents in Myanmar : Three years after the military coup in Myanmar, Operation 1027 was launched against the military junta by the Three Brotherhood Alliance members comprising the Arakan Army (AA) based in Rakhine State, the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA) from the Kokang Region of Shan State, and The Ta’ang National Liberation Army, also from Shan State. The People’s Defence Force (PDF)—militia groups that have branched out of the shadow of National Unity Government (NUG)—also joined the fray. NUG has the unstinted support of the US and has its office in Washington DC at a short distance from the White House. The trouble for India : The military in Myanmar is losing ground to these insurgents. And very recently, Myanmar Insurgent allies capture strategic Shan State town from Junta. In comes Manipur – Chin National Army (CNA) on November 7, supported by PDF operating from Chin State and Sagaing Division of Myanmar, captured key military outposts and towns on the border with India. Khampat town on the Kale-Tamu road, an important trade route, and Khampat police station in the Sagaing region were the first to fall. A slight detour to Nagaland to prove the role of CIA in this region : The US-CIA involvement in the Naga insurgency is well-recorded. A paper published by the Indian Council of Social Sciences Research claimed that a former secret service agent revealed that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) had supported and financed the Naga underground movement till the 1950s. Hence CIA is most active and interested in this region and will do everything possible to ensure Hinduism does not prosper or grow in North East. George Soros as the “dirty drug money cleaner using his banks and offshore accounts” 2. the CIA as the brain and muscle to take control of drug producing land and production facilities 3. the various terror organizations as enablers of CIA 4. evangelists as important agents to wean the locals away from Hindu culture – so that region can be easily brought under control by foreign agents 5. Rahul Gandhi and Indian Congress as insiders in India to enable this + start the breakup of India along caste, regional divide so that a broken India will be easy to control by a declining US in the not so distant future. Phungling: Despite discussions for more than a decade about constructing a cable car to the famous power center, Pathibhara, in Taplejung, the actual construction has not yet begun. The local residents, despite the passage of considerable time, have now demanded the commencement of work. In the coordination of the Pathibhara Area Development Committee, a comprehensive review conducted last month concluded that the cable car should be built not only for the Koshi Province but also as a prominent religious tourist destination for the entire country. The suggestion was made to expedite the construction process by creating a conducive environment, addressing legal hurdles, and simplifying the process. After active participation and feedback from local citizens, political leaders, representatives, religious and tourist stakeholders, the decision to proceed with the cable car construction was made. The local residents emphasized the importance of the cable car for the pride of the province, and after the suggestion from the committee, the process to start construction immediately was initiated. Focusing on this matter, investors and district representatives engaged in an interaction in Phungling on Friday. Additionally, the Darshan Cable Car Pralika chairman, Chandraprasad Dhakal, assured that the construction work would be completed within 13 months from the start. He highlighted that the cable car would be a source of pride for Koshi Province, bringing numerous benefits to the residents of Taplejung. The Muklumlung United Struggle Committee, however, has opposed the cable car project, arguing that it could compromise the Limbu community's faith and history. They suggested addressing concerns about cultural and historical preservation before moving ahead with the project. As per engineer Vijay Paudel, the cable car designed for the Kaflepati Dhadhele area will be approximately 2,700 meters high, extending to the Pathibhara region. He explained that the design ensures no structures around the temple entrance, allowing pilgrims and tourists to reach the religious site easily. The cable car will have 13 towers, and the journey from the main station to the final station will take approximately 10 minutes and 20 seconds. Rudra Paudel, the director of the cable car company, believes that the project will not only be profitable but will also promote tourism, create jobs, maintain environmental balance, and contribute to economic and social development. In the ongoing fake visa case, another individual, Vinod Karki, a 45-year-old operator of City Tours and Travels residing in Lalitpur's Mahalaxmi Municipality-4, Imadol, has been arrested for his involvement. Karki, based in Imadol, Lalitpur, operated City Tours and Travels. Using fake documents, he sent people abroad through Bhijit Visa, engaging in human trafficking. This was confirmed by Raviendra Regmi, Sub-Inspector of the Kathmandu Metropolitan Police's Crime Investigation Division. Karki was arrested on December 5 from Balkhu, Kathmandu, for further investigation and legal action at the Teku Police Office. Concerns have risen regarding the fraudulent papers associated with Bhijit Visa and the youth planning to go abroad. From Ashoj 17, a total of 1513 documents, including 246 fake ones such as counterfeit +2 certificates, labor approvals, relationship certifications, police reports, and bank statements, have been seized by the Metropolitan International Airport Security Office. Authorities are investigating how individuals are using these fraudulent documents to send people abroad. Agents, consultancies, and travel agencies charge individuals from NPR 10,000 to NPR 15,000 for processing, and fees can go up to NPR 40,000 to NPR 55,000 for successful immigration.

The Ministry allocated funds contrary to its own procedures, giving less or more than decided to certain municipalities. The report suggests including grant amounts in the budget book and approved by the state assembly to ensure fairness. The delay in submitting the report on Finance Minister Yadav's involvement is attributed to suspicions of protecting him, with committee members divided along party lines. Accusations of non-cooperation by the Ministry initially complicated the inquiry process. A committee member revealed that the Finance Minister was tempted to provide a clean chit in the report, offering a budget of four crore rupees for election expenses in the electoral constituency.
