इसके लिए सबसे पहले उसे रजिस्ट्रेशन कराना होगा. यही नहीं अब कोचिंग सेंटर में 16 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों को पढ़ाई के लिए नामांकन नहीं होगा. कोचिंग सेंटर किसी छात्र से मनमानी फीस भी नहीं वसूल सकेंगे.

केंद्र ने ये गाइलाइन देश भर में NEET या JEE की तैयारी कर रहे छात्रों के बढ़ते सुसाइड मामलों और देश में बेलगाम कोचिंग सेंटर्स की मनमानी को लेकर दिया है.
