A major move to end British Legacy

Centre to introduce three bills in the Lok Sabha today to replace Indian Penal Code, CrPC and the Indian Evidence Act.

- The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023

- The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023

- The Bharatiya Sakshya Bill, 2023

This will lead to Police and Judiciary reform in due course

IPC 1860, CrPC 1898 और Evidence Act 1872 के स्थान पर भारतीय न्यायसंहिता, नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता और भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम आयेंगे !

This will ensure Proper Police investigation nd full accountability of Police

Indian Penal Code 1860 की जगह अब भारतीय न्याय संहिता, 2023 स्थापित होगा.

Criminal Procedure Code 1898 की जगह अब भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता 2023 स्थापित होगा

और Indian Evidence Act 1872 के स्थान पर अब भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम 2023 स्थापित होगा.

1.The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,2023

2.The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023

3.The Bharatiya Sakshya Bill, 2023

Under this Bill, we have set the goal that the conviction ratio has to be taken above 90%. That is why, we have brought an important provision that the Sections which provide for 7 years or a greater jail term, under all those cases forensic team's visit to the crime scene will be made compulsory.

Capital punishment in the Bhartiya Suraksha Sanhita bill 2023 for instances of mob lynching.

While completely repeal the sedition charges, Nevertheless, the Bill includes clauses related to “Offences against the State.” Section 150 of the Bill specifically addresses “Acts endangering the sovereignty, unity, and integrity of India.”

Under criminal justice system, we are bringing 313 amendments. The new provisions will ensure justice gets delivered within 3 years. Police and lawyers will also be held accountable.
