Ajay leases out office space in Mumbai at ₹5.47 lakh per month

Ajay Devgn, fresh off the success of 'Raid 2', has leased one of his Andheri West office units for ₹5.47 lakh per month. Purchased in April 2023 for approximately ₹10.12 crore, the 2,545 sq. ft. space is leased for five years, with rent escalating to ₹6.29 lakh in the final two years.
