How Nasscom and tech firms are empowering women in STEM

Despite a high percentage of female STEM graduates in India, a significant number remain jobless due to a lack of digital skills and industry exposure. Nasscom Foundation, in collaboration with tech organizations like Quest Global, First American (India), and Gen, has launched skilling and employability programs to bridge this gap.
