In Jammu and Kashmir, security forces killed three Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorists in Tral. This followed another clash where three Lashkar-e-Taiba men were killed in Shopian. Amid heightened security, a top army officer visited forward areas in Rajouri and Poonch.
