Pakistani javelin star Arshad Nadeem declined to comment on Neeraj Chopra due to India-Pakistan tensions, following criticism of Chopra's invitation to Nadeem for the now-postponed NC Classic. Nadeem emphasised his loyalty to the Pakistani army. Chopra had earlier stated that he and Nadeem were not close friends.
