Posted
A UN expert concluded a two-week visit to Guatemala, warning that the prosecutor's office is misusing criminal law against former prosecutors, judges, lawyers, and journalists. The office, led by Consuelo Porras, faces accusations of obstructing corruption investigations and targeting those who fight impunity. Over 50 justice operators have been forced into exile due to the prosecutor's actions.
