SE Asia, Gulf and China three-way talks 'response to call of times'

Chinese Premier Li Qiang said Tuesday that the first-ever summit between his country, Southeast Asian leaders and Gulf states was "a response to the call of the times" in a geopolitically uncertain world. "This is not only a continuation of the course of history, but also a response to the call of the times," he said.
