MU first merit list 2025-26 out; St. Xavier’s, Ruia cut-offs soar, document verification begins May 28

The University of Mumbai released the first merit list for UG admissions 2025-26 on May 27, 2025. Top colleges like St. Xavier’s and Ramnarain Ruia reported high cut-offs, with some programs crossing 98%. Over 2.5 lakh students applied. Document verification and fee payment will be held from May 28 to May 30. Students can check merit lists on college websites. Second and third merit lists will be out on May 31 and June 5 respectively.
