Five individuals sustained gunshot wounds at the Brass Mill Centre mall in Waterbury, Connecticut, on Tuesday evening following a dispute. Police Chief Fernando Spagnolo stated that the incident, which occurred around 4:40 pm, was not a random act of violence, as the suspected shooter knew the victims. Although no arrests have been made, authorities assure the public that there is no ongoing threat.
