Authorities in St. Vincent and the Grenadines discovered an abandoned boat containing the remains of 11 people and passports from Mali, prompting an investigation with regional and international partners. This discovery follows similar incidents in the Caribbean, including the finding of a boat with 19 bodies in St. Kitts and Nevis in January.
