Pro-monarchy forces withdraw today’s Kathmandu Valley shutdown

KATHMANDU: The United People’s Movement Committee has withdrawn the planned shutdown of the Kathmandu Valley scheduled for today. In a statement, the committee said the decision was made after all its detained members were released on June 2.
