A Delhi court has stated it has "no objection" to the renewal of Arvind Kejriwal's passport for 10 years, despite CBI and ED opposition in the Delhi excise policy case. Special Judge Dig Vinay Singh's order acknowledges Kejriwal's need for court permission before foreign travel, as per bail conditions.
