Police have identified Raj Kushwaha as the mastermind behind the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi, revealing it was a favor, not a contract killing. Raja's wife, Sonam, played a key role in the plot, which was planned since February. Raja's body was found in Meghalaya, and Sonam later surrendered, with Kushwaha and others apprehended in connection to the crime.
