Bihar rolls revision could snatch votes of 'tens of lakhs', INDIA bloc tells EC
Posted
INDIA bloc leaders met with the Election Commission to express concerns about the timing of Bihar's special intensive revision of the electoral roll, fearing it could disenfranchise many voters, particularly migrants. The opposition parties argued that the revision's guidelines regarding 'ordinarily resident' voters could lead to significant deletion of eligible voters.
