Pro-Khalistan terrorist Harpreet Singh, alias Happy Passia, a key operative for the ISI, is expected to be extradited from the US to India soon after his arrest in California. Accused of orchestrating grenade attacks and terror activities in Punjab, Passia faces charges related to targeting law enforcement, sacred sites, and prominent figures.
