Malaika no longer a witness in Saif's 2012 hotel assault case

In the 2012 hotel assault case involving Saif Ali Khan, Malaika Arora has been removed from the prosecution's witness list after she appeared in court following a bailable warrant. The prosecution stated that Arora was unwilling to support their case. The court has now shifted focus to NRI businessman Iqbal Sharma, the complainant, with summons to be sent via email.
