The Supreme Court has criticized the misuse of criminal law for civil disputes, particularly in money recovery cases. It expressed concern over High Courts ignoring previous rulings and emphasized that a breach of contract doesn't automatically constitute cheating unless fraudulent intent is proven from the start.
