'Bengal first' as focus, Didi calls for language movement

Trinamool Congress plans its 2026 assembly election strategy. The party will focus on Bengal's sentiment. Mamata Banerjee called for a renewed language movement. She urged supporters to protest attacks on their language. Banerjee asked TMC MPs to protest against violence against Bengal in Parliament. She targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi and called for change at the Centre.
