Girl fights leukemia for 22 months, returns to IIM-L to finish course

Anjali Bharti, a 28-year-old IIM Lucknow student, has returned to her studies after a two-year hiatus, triumphing over stage III leukaemia. Diagnosed shortly after joining IIML in 2022, she underwent extensive treatment, including chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant, with her brother Ashish as her donor. Supported by her family, friends, and the IIML community, Anjali's resilience serves as an inspiration to others.
