SC asks fighter pilot, wife not to fight like enemies, settle dispute amicably
Posted
The Supreme Court urged a decorated fighter pilot, who participated in the Balakot strike, and his wife, an IT professional, to resolve their matrimonial dispute amicably. The court, hearing the pilot's plea to quash an FIR filed by his wife, advised them to forgive each other and move forward, rather than seeking revenge. The pilot alleged harassment and misuse of law by his wife and father-in-law.
