A Breeze Airways flight from Norfolk to Los Angeles was diverted to Grand Junction, Colorado, due to an unruly passenger. David Leroy Carter, 46, allegedly shouted racial slurs, waved a skateboard, and fought with passengers and crew. He broke free from restraints twice, leading to minor injuries for a flight attendant and a passenger before being taken into custody.
