Heavy rains in Delhi caused havoc, resulting in three deaths within 12 hours. Two boys died in Vasant Vihar after a wall collapsed, while a man was killed in Kalkaji when a tree fell on his motorcycle. AAP leader Atishi demanded the resignation of PWD Minister Parvesh Verma, blaming the BJP government for inadequate monsoon preparations and rising rain-related fatalities.
