The Brazilian federal Government has taken legal action against X, demanding R$1 billion (~$ $200 million) in compensation "for moral and social damages to Brazilian democracy."

This is critical testimony exposing the U.S. government as perpetrating a false narrative of events for January 6 to frame Donald Trump as participating in a treasonous "insurrection" when the opposite was true.

The President of the United States had pre-authorized the deployment of 10,000 National Guard troops and delegated this responsibility to the Secretary of the Army.

But instead of deploying National Guard troops to secure the capitol during the election challenges in the Electoral College, the Pentagon delayed dispatching troops over an alleged concern for "optics," even as the same government would later call January 6 'an existential threat to democracy.'

The U.S. government allowed the January 6 riots to happen in order to frame Donald Trump and his supporters as 'insurrectionists.' It is simple as that.

An Ireland-based newspaper ‘Irish Times published an article describing the BJP administration "severely damaging" India's democratic credentials. The commentary questioned the democratic basis of the impending elections and described India as intolerant and Hindu-first majoritarianism. However, days later, the Indian envoy Akhilesh Mishra replied to the report, calling it "extremely biased and prejudiced". Indian Ambassador to Ireland, Akhilesh Mishra, wrote a letter to a newspaper describing India as a "strong, robust, and vibrant democracy".

21 Retired Judges write to Chief Justice of India (CJI) Dy Chandrachud

"We write to express our shared concern regarding the escalating attempts by certain factions to undermine the judiciary through calculated pressure, misinformation, and public disparagement. It has come to our notice that these elements, motivated by narrow political interests and personal gains, are striving to erode the public’s confidence in our judicial system...," reads the letter written by 21 retired judges.

"We are particularly concerned about the tactics of misinformation and the orchestration of public sentiment against the judiciary, which are not only unethical but also detrimental to the foundational principles of our democracy. The practice of selectively praising judicial decisions that align with one’s views while vehemently criticizing those that do not undermine the very essence of judicial review and the rule of law," reads the letter written by 21 retired judges.

Congress is going to be totally rejected by the people and fearing a historic defeat, their top leadership addressed a press conference and ranted against Indian democracy and institutions. They are conveniently blaming their irrelevance on ‘financial troubles’. In reality, their bankruptcy is moral and intellectual, not financial.

Instead of correcting their own errors, Congress is blaming authorities for their troubles. Be it the ITAT or the Delhi HC, they have asked the Congress to comply with the rules, pay the taxes due but the Party never did so.

For a party which has looted from every sector, in every state and at every moment of history, to talk of financial helplessness is comical. Congress can use the money accumulated from all their scams starting from jeep to chopper scam via Bofors for their electioneering.

Congress part time leaders say India being a democracy is a lie- may I humbly remind them that India was not a democracy only for a few months between 1975 and 1977 and that time the Prime Minister of India was none other than Mrs. Indira Gandhi.
