  • In India, every year we celebrate National Science Day on 28 February to mark the discovery of the Raman Effect (inelastic scattering of photons by matter) by Sir C.V. Raman. Raman Effect discovery has revolutionized the understanding of light interaction with matter.

Its a privilege, today I will deliver my Keynote address to 150-200 top indian Scientists and Engineers from DRDO, ISRO, Army on Modern Warfare based on AI and Data Science

It is always my first love to talk to my own fraternity of Tech and warfare professionals, a good break from politics

I will speak about the future of tech based warfare not after 20 years but what's knocking our door. My daughter will also sit with me as she is onboarding DRDO for Internship

The future Warfare, The war-room will not be commanded by an Army Commander or Tri Service Chiefs but an Intelligence Officer using an Autonomous weapon system. Targets will be pin point, collateral damaged will be near zero and no one will know who attacked them

    Scary? yes it is

  • January 1966:
The most renowned nuclear scientist of India & father of Indian nuclear program Homi J Bhabha is travelling in Air India flight 101 from Mumbai to London.

During approach to Geneva, Flight crashed at Mont Blanc area in France.
All 117 on board were killed including Dr. Homi Jehangir Bhabha.

Black Box of flight was never recovered.
Actual reason of crash still unknown
No enquiry conducted by Indian govt.

    30 December 1971, Trivandrum:
Renowned Indian Space scientist & father of Indian space research, Vikram Sarabhai age 51 found dead in a hotel room at Kovalam.
He had shown no signs of illness the previous evening.
No autopsy, no investigation was conducted.

    30 November 1994, Kerala:
Famous ISRO Scientist who was on the verge of making cryogenic engine was suddenly arrested by Kerala Police & IB with fake charges.
The entire Indian space mission is put on hold.
Later it was found that it was a fabricated case.

    2009, Mumbai:
Nuclear scientist Lokanathan Mahalingam goes missing during his morning walk. His body was recovered five days later at the Kali river.

    Between 2009-13
11 Indian nuclear scientists die unnatural deaths.

The frequency of death is so high that Bombay High Court in 2017 had asked Central government to take care of scientists.

    In November 2013:
Two high-ranking engineers, KK Josh & Abhish Shivam, working on India’s first nuclear-powered submarine were found dead on railway tracks by railway workers.
It was widely speculated that they were poisoned & left on tracks to make it look like an accident or suicide.

    October 2013
The Sunday Guardian published an article on lack of attention paid by the Indian govt to the mysterious deaths of India’s top scientists.

2013: US writer Gregory Douglas writes a book:

    "Conversations with The Crow".

It's about conversations with top CIA operative Robert Crowley, nicknamed "The Crow".

Crow tells that Air India flight 101 had not crashed. It was blown with a bomb planted by CIA in Cargo area of Plane.

They wanted to kill Homi J Bhabha because he could make India Nuclear Super Power & they were uncomfortable with it.

CIA was behind Vikram Sarabhai death too.

Another writer Brian Harvey mentioned in his book "Russia in Space" that CIA was behind Dr Nambi's arrest.

Now the Question is, why Govts never conducted proper enquiry of so many deaths?

The issue is not only they didn't investigate the "mysterious deaths of these Indian scientists" but inspite of knowing the facts the previous governments & the media preferred to remain silent.

Unfortunately, same people are asking what is the role of Modi Govt in success of ISRO?

  • At this moment, the two leading space research organizations in the world are NASA of America and ISRO of India.

The difference between them is that 36% Indian scientists work in NASA, and not a single American scientist works in ISRO.

This is the success of BHARAT.
