My assessment of Natwarla - Maliwal case is that there are 3 core issues

1. First issue is Bitcoin. Natwarlal and Swati assosiation is very old one. Share all secrets including bodies. Her slipping out means Natwarlal finished. The second issue is Sr Advocate who fought AK case and known for using his chamber has asked for Rajya sabha seat after losing from HP on congress so unless Mahiwal resigns, he cannot be sent to RS. She knows that RS seat is now not in Natwarlal control. She can be kicked out of AAP but can't be withdrawn from RS unless she herself resign

3. So she went to bargain and she asked for CM Delhi post in lieu but AK wanted his wife to take over, she agitated and said AK wife has never been active part of AAP while Mahiwal has been active inside as well as out side and has far more experience. Now here a strong point is to be remembered that Natwarlal made his 60Cr home for himself. If Maliwal becomes CM, the house is gone as it is owned by Govt and Sunita had to shift to small Govt home. Hence Natwarlal want his wife Sunita to be CM so that house can be retained
