I am not getting into details of Hindenburg - Soros - Rahul link. Loads of people have done that.

What I am saying is this - Anarchy in India has been green lighted and fast forwarded by the US Deep State.

There is no teeth in the recent Hindenburg report - it need not be. There needs to be perception of a “scam” and a report from a “white” guy to give it credence. One cannot bring about stock market swings on a regular basis citing foreign reports - so it was time to attack the institution. To make investors lose faith.

Adani flagship erases all stock losses spurred by Hindenburg.

Shares of Gautam Adani's flagship entity, Adani Enterprises, have recovered from losses post the Hindenburg report, with a 23% jump in 2 weeks

The flagship’s stock rose 1.7% to 3,445.05 in Mumbai on Friday and has now almost tripled since its nadir in February 2023

We all know that Hindenburg type expose was a fake international conspiracy by global short sellers. Going by the diatribe that Rahul Gandhi regularly dishes out against Adani group, what are the chances that man was also making a killing by talking down Adani stock vis international cartel?

Probable SC Order on Adani Tomorrow:

A) There were regulatory violations pointed by Petitioner's and other violations which SEBI the regulators shall quickly expedite and decide within __period.

B) Hindenburg Report was a by-product of a short seller to benefit out of Short Selling of Adani Group securities and it caused massive loss to investors in Indian market and a loss of investor confidence in Indian economy.

C) The Adani Group companies are involved in critical infrastructure projects in India dealing with public resources thus any loss attributable to short selling has direct impact not only on the investors but also the public confidence in Indian economy.

D) Therefore prima facie the Hindenburg Report was clouded by a motive of a short seller aiming to make a quick fortune by short selling adani group securities. Thus the allegations set out in the report cannot be taken at the face value as the motive is suspect and even otherwise nothing material turns on it.

E) Based on expert committee recommendations we direct SEBI to deal with these suggestions in a bid to avoid this kind of Short Selling in Indian market harming the investors confindence.

G) The Government of India through ministry of finance shall take all necessary steps in this regard to protect invetsor confidence and a common investor in Indian market from such short sellers.

F) We thank the experts committee for their invaluable assistance in this matter.

G) With these directions as set us above in terms thereof the writ petitions are disposed off.

The Supreme Court on Friday reserved its judgment on a batch of pleas demanding a court-monitored probe into the allegations made by US-based short-seller Hindenburg Research against the Adani group.

Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud also expressed his dissatisfaction at the allegations made against the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) over its Adani-Hindenburg probe.

फिर SEBI ने जांच शुरू कर दी... सुप्रीम कोर्ट भी इस जांच की देख रेख कर रहा है.

इसी बीच एक संस्था.. OCCRP ने अडानी को Expose करते हुए हमला किया.. उन्होंने बताया कि 'कुछ Documents' के अनुसार अडानी ने चोरी की, घोटाला किया...Financial Fraud किया.

OCCRP क्या है??

यह एक 50 से ज्यादा मीडिया और NGO संस्थाओ का network है... जो कथित तौर पर आर्थिक scams को expose करता है. इसे फोर्ड foundation, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Oak Foundation, George Soros की OSF और US State Department sponsor और fund करता है.

अब यह इतना बड़ा समूह है.. तो इसके पास जाहिर है Documents होंगे ही... मतलब होने तो चाहिए... तभी इतना बड़ा आरोप लगाया है अडानी पर.

अब SEBI ने OCCRP को संपर्क किया, कि भैया लाओ ज़रा Documents हमारे साथ share करो.. हम भी जांच कर लेते हैं, कहाँ चोरी है, कैसा घोटाला है.

यही एक Natural Process है.

लेकिन यहाँ एक पंगा हो गया है.... OCCRP ने कोई भी document देने से मना कर दिया है.... अपनी policy का हवाला दे कर.

इसके तीन मतलब हैं
1. OCCRP के पास कोई Document है ही नहीं.
2. OCCRP बस किसी तरह अडानी को बदनाम करना चाहता था... और इसके पीछे उसे Fund करने वालों का हाथ हो सकता है... इसमें भारत की कुछ राजनीतिक पार्टियां भी शामिल हैं.
3. OCCRP के पास documents हैं... लेकिन वह उन्हें स्थान विशेष में रखना चाहता है.

जाहिर है... जरूरी documents और Evidence के बगैर अडानी को दोषी नहीं ठहराया जा सकता... ऐसे ही किसी के कहने भर से कोई चोर डाकू नहीं हो जाता.

अब अगले 6-8 महीने SEBI और सुप्रीम कोर्ट को बिका हुआ बताया जाएगा.
