  • The changing style of LEADERSHIP

The 19th Century was of British

This century was a time of tremendous growth, prosperity, and change for the British Empire, which reached the height of its military power and political influence by the end of this period. During this century we saw many great writers, poets, singers, etc. During this period Leadership was limited to individual

The 20th Century was of USA

This century was a time of rapid urbanization and industrialization that emerged from World War I in 1918. The US, emerged as an important global player, and by the end of World War II in 1945, it was one of the global superpowers setting the stage for weapon, oil, and pharma dominance and industrial revolution. The industries started mushrooming all over US and Europe followed by Asia. New technology started coming in such as Radio, phones, TV, cars, etc. The need of this period was a Leader who can run the industry within the close walls and business family

    21st Century is of INDIA

From Individual to Industry, the world moved into a more collaborative style of work. The walls came down and as TV reached every home with a smartphone in everyone’s hand, the World moved to a total freedom of collaborative nature. The offices are more work from home and information flow is faster than your thought process. Nothing can be hidden now and no information can be suppressed. This brings a huge challenge for Leaders of new-generation industries and businesses. The Leadership needs to change to collaborative. More listening, teamwork, ethics, and patience are required without losing out focus on the core objective. Today an unknown person sitting in a remote place can be a billionaire in no time

India today is ready to take a giant leap in the future be it in Technology, people management, Finance, strategy, Medical or business management. But unfortunately, to meet this new age challenge we don’t have enough leaders. The Leader produced by top business schools around the world are Managers, not Leaders

To meet this challenge, we have worked for 5 years to develop Sanatan Leadership Program for professionals, a 10 days residential program based on Sanatan Literature. At SLP we do not teach you Accounting, balance sheet, marketing etc but what is required for being a successful LEADER to Lead your organization in New India and changing world and to lead a meaningful life

So the question is are you ready to be a future LEADER?

The next batch of SLP is scheduled from Oct 8, 2023 till Oct 18, 2023 in Kashmir. The last date to apply is August 20, 2023 and a maximum of 30 candidates will be selected to join this course

  • BIG🚨 BLA has issued China a 90-day ultimatum to withdraw from Balochistan or prepare for intensified attacks on its “key interests” like China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) in the region.

The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has announced the completion of the third phase of its “Operation Zir Pehazag” following a suicide attack in the coastal city of Gwadar on 13th Aug.

According to the BLA’s spokesperson, the early morning operation on 13th Aug began around 9:18 AM, targeting a convoy of Chinese engineers traveling from the airport to Gwadar Port. The convoy, consisting of several vehicles, was carrying Chinese engineers and was under heavy security, including personnel from the Pakistan Army, Police, ATF, and an armored vehicle.

In the detailed statement, the BLA spokesperson said the attack took place near Chairman Ishaq Chowk’s Judicial Complex. The BLA fighters used grenades to halt the convoy before firing for approximately thirty minutes. As a result, four Chinese nationals and eleven Pakistani military personnel were killed, with several others injured.

The BLA’s statement also conveyed a clear message to China, emphasizing their view of Balochistan as an “occupied territory” and voicing their opposition to Beijing’s projects, like the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) in the region.

“We have cautioned China repeatedly to reconsider its activities in Balochistan,” the statement read. BLA views such endeavors as acts of exploitation, stating that any foreign investments in the region should only proceed after Balochistan achieves independence.
