A Chinese national Woo Uyanbe in collaboration with locals in #Gujarat, has allegedly duped 1200 people of Rs 1,400 crore through a football betting app in Patan & Banaskantha districts. He left after the scam through a digital app. Gujarat Police is probing the case.
