भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने छोटी उंगली पर ही क्यों गोवर्धन पर्वत उठाया?

वैसे तो सभी जानते हैं कि भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने गोवर्धन पर्वत को इन्द्र के अहंकार को तोड़ने के लिए अपनी उंगली उठा लिया था।

अब दूसरी तरह से भी इसका सार समझते हैं।जब भगवान श्रीकृष्ण गोकुलवासियों को इन्द्रदेव के प्रकोप से बचाने के लिए गोवर्धन पर्वत उठानेवाले थे तो उन्होंने अपनी उंगलियों से पूछा कि वे किस पर पर्वत को उठाएं।सबसे पहले अंगूठा बोला, ‘‘मैं नर हूँ। बाकी उंगलियाँ तो स्त्रियाँ हैं। अत: आप पर्वत मुझ पर ही उठाएँ।"

फिर तर्जनी बोली, ‘‘किसी को यदि चुप कराना हो या कोई संकेत करना होता है तो मैं ही काम आती हूँ, इसलिए आप केवल मुझ पर ही पर्वत उठाएँ।"इसके बाद मध्यमा बोली, ‘‘सबसे बड़ी होने के साथ-साथ शक्ति भी रखती हूँ। अत: आप पर्वत मेरे ऊपर ही उठाएँ।’’

फिर अनामिका बोली, ‘‘सभी पवित्र कार्य मेरे द्वारा ही सम्पन्न होते हैं, मन्दिरों में देवी-देवताओं को मैं ही तिलक लगाती हूँ। अत: आप मुझ पर ही पर्वत उठाएँ।"अब भगवान ने सबसे छोटी उंगली कनिष्ठा की ओर देखा तो उसके नेत्र बरबस ही भर आये। वह भरे नेत्रों के साथ बोली, ‘‘भगवान, एक तो मैं सबसे छोटी हूँ, मुझमें कोई गुण भी नहीं है। मेरा कहीं उपयोग भी नहीं होता।मुझमें इतनी शक्ति भी नहीं कि मैं पर्वत उठा सकूँ। मुझे केवल इतना पता है कि मैं आपकी हूँ।"छोटी उंगली की बात सुनकर भगवान श्रीकृष्ण प्रसन्न हो गए और बोले, "कनिष्ठे, मुझे विनम्रता ही तो पसन्द है। यदि कुछ पाना है तो विनम्र बनना पड़ेगा।"तब श्रीकृष्ण ने छोटी उंगली को सम्मान देते हुए उसी पर गोवर्धन पर्वत उठाया।

इस कहानी से यह शिक्षा मिलती है कि कभी भी अहंकार नहीं करना चाहिए विनम्र और सरल बनिए तभी प्रभु आपके हो सकते हैं।

After 4 long decades, investment has finally started coming in Kauhar Industrial Area in Amethi.

UPSIDA has allotted 2 land parcels of 1500 sqm each to Gauri Shankar Dairy Udyog to set-up dairy unit here.

The industrial area was set-up by govt in eighties to bring industrial investment. However, it could not flourish then. The only investment which came here in 1984 was Samrat Bicycles. They too closed their plant couple of years later.

UPSIDA has established power sub-station with a cost of Rs 6.93 Cr for uninterrupted power supply to industries. Road network has also been built. Many more proposals for investment here are lined up.
