वक़्फ़ बोर्ड

अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 23/06/2023 शुक्रवार को ये स्पष्ट आदेश पारित कर दिया है कि ~

1947 से पहले ट्रांसफर किये गए किसी भी संपत्ति पर वक्फ बोर्ड का अधिकार नहीं होगा क्योंकि उसके कागज मान्य नहीं होंगे।
इसके अलावा... 1947 के बाद भी जिन संपत्तियों पर वक्फ बोर्ड अपना अधिकार जताता है...उनके कागज उसे दिखाने होंगे कि वे संपत्तियां उसके पास आईं कहाँ से ?

अगर...वक्फ बोर्ड अपने किसी संपत्ति का प्रॉपर कागज नहीं दिखा पाता है तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट के 23/06/2023 शुक्रवार के फैसले के आलोक में वो जमीन/संपत्ति अपने मूल मालिक को वापस दे दी जाएगी।

और, अगर जमीन/ संपत्ति का मूल मालिक बंटवारे के बाद देश छोड़कर जा चुका है अथवा 1962, 1965 & 1971 के युद्ध में पिग्गिस्तान का साथ देने के आरोप के कारण भाग गया है.
तो, उस स्थिति में वो संपत्ति "शत्रु संपत्ति अधिनियम 2017" के तहत सरकार की हो जाएगी।

अब इसमें हमें और आपको सिर्फ करना ये है कि अगर आपके आसपास कोई ऐसी संपत्ति/जमीन है जो कि आपके अनुसार वक्फ बोर्ड का नहीं होना चाहिए तो आप इस संबंध में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस फैसले का हवाला देते हुए संबंधित सरकार अथवा कोर्ट को सूचित कर सकते हैं।

और, सरकार / कोर्ट उस जमीन को वक्फ बोर्ड के अतिक्रमण से मुक्त करवाने के लिए बाध्य होगी क्योंकि ये सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश है। और हाँ...अगर आपकी जानकारी में ऐसा कुछ नहीं है तो भी आप इस पोस्ट को अधिकाधिक लोगों/ग्रुप्स तक प्रचारित कर दें...ताकि, अगर किसी के जानकारी में ऐसा हो तो वो इस संबंध में उचित कदम उठा सके। ध्यान रहे कि...1947 में बंटवारे के समय पूर्वी एवं पश्चिमी पाकिस्तान (आज का बांग्लादेश) को मिलाकर उन्हें लगभग 10 लाख 32 हजार स्क्वायर किलोमीटर जमीन दी गई थी और एक अनुमान के मुताबिक कम से कम इतनी ही जमीन/संपत्ति आज भारत में वक्फ बोर्ड के कब्जे/रिकॉर्ड में है।

इसीलिए, इस संबंध में आपका इस मैसेज को प्रचारित कर लोगों को जागरूक करना ही अपने आप में बहुत बड़ी देशभक्ति होगी !
