यह है 5th Generation Warfare का बढ़िया उदाहरण.

इजराइल पर हमास ने सबसे बड़ा हमला किया है... कुछ हिन्दू घंटो में इतने बड़े स्तर का हमला ना सिर्फ इजराइल को बल्कि दुनिया भर को हैरान और स्तब्ध कर गया है.

इस हमले ने इजराइल की Intelligence agency, उनकी High Tech Fencing, उनके Iron Dome की क्षमता पर सवाल उठा दिए हैं... वहीं इस तरह घर में घुस कर सैंकड़ो आम इजराइली लोगों की निर्मम हत्या से वहाँ के लोग सदमे में हैं.... हालांकि इजराइल के लोग बड़े बहादुर होते हैं, और इस झटके से उबर कर उन्होंने गाज़ा पर हमले करने शुरू कर दिए हैं.

लेकिन इसी बीच इजराइल पर Information Warfare भी शुरू हो गया है. पहले वहाँ की कुछ websites hack की गई... कोई बता रहा है कि रूस ने की है. उसके बाद जिस तरह से हमास की तरफ से इजराइल के नागरिकों और फौजियों के वीडियो release किये गए हैं.. उससे यह सन्देश देने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है कि इजराइल को भी humiliate किया जा सकता है.

इसी के साथ इजराइल की सरकार और उनकी intelligence एजेंसीयों पर सवाल उठाये जा रहे हैं.. उनकी Credibility को गिराने का प्रयत्न किया जा रहा है.... मौसाद को नीचा दिखाया जा रहा है.. वहीं प्रधानमंत्री नेतन्याहू को एक कमजोर नेता बताया जा रहा है.

कल शाम से एक ख़बर चल रही है.. कि Egypt के Intelligence Minister ने हमास के हमले से 10 दिन पहले नेतन्याहू को फोन करके हमास के movement के बारे में जानकारी दी थी... लेकिन उन्होंने इस पर ध्यान नहीं दिया. ऐसा बताया जाता है कि Egypt वाले नेतन्याहू के इस careless व्यवहार से अचंभित थे.

इस ख़बर का असर इजराइल के लोगों के mindset पर पड़ता..... एक आम इंसान तो यही सोचेगा कि शायद उनकी सरकार ही हमास से मिली हो. यह भी आरोप लगाए जा रहे हैं कि इजराइल के नेता Secular हो गए हैं.. वहाँ की मौसाद compromise हो गई है... ऐसे में अगर PM के बारे में ऐसी ख़बर आएगी, तो यही लगेगा कि शायद यह हमला सरकार के ढीलेपन की वजह से हुआ है.

युद्ध में अगर सैनिक के मन में सेनापति के प्रति अविश्वास उत्पन्न हो जाए... तो समझिये आप युद्ध हारने वाले हैं.

वही Strategy यहाँ भी अपनाई गई है.... इजराइल के लोगों के मन में यह बात डाली जा रही है, कि वह अपने घरों में सुरक्षित नहीं... उनकी औरतें, बच्चे भी सुरक्षित नहीं.... उनकी Spy Agency और सेना भी Compromise हो सकती है.... और उनका PM भी Casual हो सकता है.

ऐसी स्थिति में जनता विद्रोह भी कर सकती है... अगर इस Warfare को सही से खेला जाए तो.

फिलहाल तो यह ख़बर झूठी निकली है.... और साथ ही इजराइल के नागरिकों की भी दाद देनी होगी, कि वह 5th generation warfare, hybrid warfare जैसे Concepts के बारे में बेहतर जानकारी रखते हैं.. इसलिए इस तरह के प्रोपेगंडे उनके सामने टिकते नहीं.

ऐसा हमला भारत में होता है... तब सोचिये कैसे लोगों को भड़काने का प्रयास किया जाता है. उरी, पठानकोट, और पुलवामा के हमलों के बाद का माहौल याद कीजिये... हमारी सेना, हमारी Intelligence एजेंसी, NSA डोभाल, सरकार, रक्षा मंत्री, प्रधानमंत्री.....सभी को कमजोर बताया गया.. सभी को इस साजिश में मिला हुआ बताया गया.

और जब सरकार और सेना ने सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक किये... तो उसे भी झूठा बताया गया, सबूत मांगे गए.....और दुःख की बात है कि करोड़ों लोग इस Narrative में फंसे भी.... हर बार फँसते हैं... यही फर्क है भारतीय और इजराइली नागरिक में.
