Arjun Rampal sustained an injury after accidentally breaking a glass pane during the Next On Netflix event while promoting Rana Naidu Season 2. He was seen bleeding from his fingers but managed to smile through the incident. The show is a remake of the American series Ray Donovan and features Rana Daggubati and Venkatesh.
