In north Kashmir's Kupwara district, unknown gunmen fatally shot a civilian, Ghulam Rasool Magray, during a power outage late Saturday. The incident occurred outside Magray's home in Kandi Khas, four days after a terrorist attack in Pahalgam. Authorities have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the killing, while political figures are demanding accountability.
