3rd Tamil Nadu minister to face graft trial after HC nixes discharge order

I Periyasamy, Tamil Nadu's rural development minister, will face trial in a disproportionate assets case after the Madras High Court overturned a Dindigul court's discharge order. The court directed the special court to reopen proceedings against Periyasamy, who is accused of amassing assets with his family between 2006 and 2010.
