Sebi bans broker over Rs 3cr 'spoofing' gains

SEBI has uncovered a stock price manipulation scheme involving Patel Wealth Advisors and its directors, who used 'spoofing' to illegally gain ₹3.2 crore. The regulator has banned the entities from the market and ordered disgorgement of the ill-gotten gains.
