Iran says fire contained after deadly blast at key port

A deadly explosion at Iran's Shahid Rajaee port, attributed to negligence, resulted in at least 70 fatalities and over 1,000 injuries. While sabotage has been ruled out, investigations point to safety shortcomings and noncompliance as the likely cause. Firefighters have successfully contained the blaze, and port operations are reportedly returning to normal.
