Sohail Khan rents out Bandra shop, to earn over 10cr

Bollywood actor Sohail Khan has leased a shop in Bandra to The Irish House. The deal is expected to generate over Rs 10 crore in five years. The rental agreement spans 60 months with increasing monthly rent. Sohail purchased the property in 2009. This real estate investment secures a long-term income for the actor.
