Man loses interim custody of daughter for failing to give home-cooked food during her stay with him
Posted
The Supreme Court overturned a Kerala High Court order granting a father interim custody of his eight-year-old daughter, citing concerns about the child's well-being. The father, working in Singapore, couldn't provide home-cooked meals or companionship, unlike the mother who works from home and has family support. The court also deemed the 15-day custody of the three-year-old son as detrimental.
