Posted
The Supreme Court dismissed petitions requesting a judicial investigation, overseen by a retired SC judge, into the deadly terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam that resulted in 26 fatalities. The court admonished the petitioners for filing Public Interest Litigations, stating that judges lack expertise in terror case investigations and cautioned against demoralizing the forces with such petitions.
