One more arrested in Jharkhand for links with terrorist group
نشر بتاريخ
The Jharkhand ATS arrested Ammar Yashar in Dhanbad for alleged links to the banned terror group Hizb ut-Tahrir. Previously jailed for ties to Indian Mujahideen, Yashar was released on bail in 2024. His arrest follows the earlier detention of four others. Authorities suspect attempts to recruit youth into HuT, AQIS, and ISIS were underway in the region.
