Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya honored badminton stars Chirag Shetty and Satwiksairaj Rankireddy with the Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna award in New Delhi on Thursday. The celebrated duo, previously named for the honor, were unable to attend the Rashtrapati Bhawan ceremony due to prior commitments.
