Delhi police chargesheets AAP ex-MLA Naresh Balyan in MCOCA case

Delhi Police have filed a chargesheet against former AAP MLA Naresh Balyan under the MCOCA act, linking him to an organized crime syndicate allegedly operated by gangster Kapil Sangwan.
