US, Ukraine sign 'mineral' deal to establish reconstruction investment fund: What we know so far

The United States and Ukraine have finalized a minerals deal granting Washington access to Ukraine's rare earth resources in exchange for military aid. This agreement, requiring Ukrainian parliamentary ratification, establishes a joint Reconstruction Investment Fund with equal voting rights.
