Delhi court issues notice to Sonia, Rahul Gandhi in Rs 5,000 crore National Herald case

A Delhi court has issued a notice to Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi concerning the National Herald money laundering case, following a previous temporary refusal. The Enforcement Directorate filed a chargesheet on April 9, alleging Rs 5,000 crore in proceeds of crime. The chargesheet names five individuals and two companies, including Young Indian, where the Gandhis hold a controlling interest.
